EV per-car incentive

Slab 1 starts at 5 cars (Gandhinagar 3, Himmatnagar 1, Bopal 3, Naroda 3).
Add-ons per car: Insurance ₹1,000, Finance ₹1,500 (35%+ penetration), Exchange ₹1,000 / 2nd+ ₹2,000, MG Shield ₹200, EW ₹200 (15%+ penetration).

Terms & deductions
- One ICE invoice (Majestor / Hector / Astor) compulsory to be eligible.
- 1st MG complaint: 0 on that car · 2nd: 50% of total · 3rd: total 0.
- Broker sale not in CI: −₹5,000. No home visit in 7 days: −₹1,000. No WhatsApp group in 2 days: −₹500.
- Back-office incentive: 5% deducted from the remaining payable incentive after other deductions.
- One incentive per VIN. RealBook invoice + RB gate pass only. No incentive on loss cases.
- Evaluations: ₹100 each (RM: >20% RB evaluations of month enquiries).
